Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka is an American British musician and sitarist. She was among the youngest and first female to win a British House of Commons Shield she's received 9 Grammy Awards nominations and was the first musician of Indian origin to play live in concert and act as a host at the award ceremony. Anoushka Shakar, a young emerging star on the Indian Sitar, is Anoushka. She's the daughter of Ravi Shankar and a former student. She was a child who bounded around from London and New Delhi. At the age of 13 the first time she performed in New Delhi took place. After moving to Encinitas, CA in 1999 she received the high-school diploma. Anouskha's career as a performer and recorder is quite impressive, in spite of her youth. She is often seen performing together with her dad, and has performed with him for a long time years. Her debut single album Anourag in the year 1998. In 2002, she debuted her Grammy nominated album Live At Carnegie Hall. Because she has performed on every major stage in the world, her performance career has been expansive. Her career extends beyond the realm of music.
